We accept secure payments via Razorpay (debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.

In case of pricing errors or payment failures, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the location.

Delivery timelines are estimates; delays due to courier partners, strikes, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days. COD orders are refunded as store credit/coupon codes.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.

7. Corporate & Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 25 pieces.
