Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date the order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Your item must be accompanied by the invoice, delivery note, or proof of purchase.
Shivmani Creations reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping in Case of Return

You will be responsible for shipping the return package to the address provided below.

Return shipping costs incurred by you are non-refundable.

Please mention your Shivmani Creations Order ID and Name clearly on the return package for easy identification.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund. This process can take up to 7 working days from the date we receive your returned item.
For Prepaid Orders:

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of electronic payment.

The refund will reflect in your bank account within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note that a return charge of Rs. 290 will be deducted from the refund amount in case a prepaid order is returned without acceptance from the customer.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued as a store credit or coupon code, valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue.

For security reasons, please do not share any banking details with our representatives over phone, message, or email.
Treatment of Discounts:

Any discounts applied through a coupon code at the time of purchase will be deducted in full from the refund amount. This deduction will not be proportional to the value or quantity of the return.
Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they have a manufacturing defect or are damaged during delivery.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at care.shivmanicreations@gmail.com and courier your item to the above address.

Exchanges will only be provided in the above instances.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, no cancellation fee will be charged.

A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

However, if a prepaid order is canceled more than once consecutively, refunds will be provided only in the form of store credit.
2. Cancellation After Shipment

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, a flat fee of Rs. 500 will be deducted from your refund to cover courier and processing charges.
3. Procedure for Cancellation Request

You can initiate a cancellation request through the “Returns & Exchange” section under the “Info” tab on our website.

The cancellation will be accepted only after successful verification of the request.
