• Delivery timelines are estimates; delays due to courier partners, strikes, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags intact.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days. COD orders are refunded as store credit/coupon codes.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.

7. Corporate & Wholesale Orders

• Wholesale orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 25 pieces.
