Exchange Policy
Product Accuracy and Quality Checks:
At Shivmani Impex, we strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Exchange Eligibility:

Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with

All original packaging and tags intact.

Exclusions: Home décor items are non-exchangeable unless defective. Exchange
requests based on minor colour differences or fabric material variations will not be entertained.

Request Submission:

Processing Fee:
A processing fee of ₹300 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email.

Direct Shipping (Optional):
If you prefer to send the product, our team will provide the shippingaddress. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD. Please use reputable courier services, as Shivmani Impex is not responsible for any loss during transit.

Reverse Pickup:
Once the processing fee is received, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup. -
Quality Inspection and Dispatch:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within7–10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is
unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 90 days.
Cancellation Policy Customer Cancellations:

Prepaid Orders Only: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. For cancellations, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

Shivmani Impex Cancellations:

Reasons: We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.

Refunds: For prepaid orders canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.
Cancellation Charges:
● Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).
Credit Note Validity:
● Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days.
Refund Policy

No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.

Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
